You can spend as little or as much time as you like or can afford, engaging with any amount of the materials we offer. As with anything in life, the more you put in the more you will get out.
For the Miracles@Home Programs we do expect you to join your Live Process group, which will be a maximum of 2hrs per week for the duration of your program. We strongly recommend that you prepare for your group sessions by watching the nominated educational video (15 mins average), reading the module and completing the reflective question section of the module (average 1hr). We would encourage you to start a five minute a day meditation and/or breathing exercise practice if you don’t already have one (wehave provided some great videos to support you in this).
Yes, our Evergreen programs are designed to be self-directed without any human intervention.
As Miracles@Home is an online program, we cannot provide medical support for you throughout the program. It is imperative that you have medical supervision and treatment if you have medical issues or became abstinent without medically supervised detoxification from drugs or alcohol at the commencement of our program.
If you have a diagnosed mental health issue, we recommend you continue to see your usual mental health support professionals. If you do not have a regular mental health support network, we can refer you to local practitioners as required. It may be possible for us to provide interim mental health support through specific mental health counselling for the duration of the program only (at extra cost to you per session).
Sure, this platform is design to be as simple as possible to use. All you need is the willingness and an internet connection.
Sorry, we are currently not eligible for your insurance to pay, but we are working to change that.
Yes! We have had remarkable success in the past year with our online programs, and a number of studies back up what we have seen, that online group process sessions are having some of the best outcomes in the treatment of addiction.
Here are links to studies to support that:
You will get access to the online client program portal for 12 weeks.
No. Miracles@Home is a highly effective, holistic, evidence-based, comprehensive and multimodal program. While we find parts of the 12-step approach helpful and do include some of it's principles, our programs are not modeled on it. If you’re in a 12-step support group, this can work well alongside that. Any religious or spiritual beliefs are welcome.
